Ceremony with Reception Fee:
Monday thru Thursday - $1,000.00

Saturday - $3,450.00 (minimum guests - 125)
Sunday - $2,450.00
Includes 50-100 guests (300 max), each additional guest will be an added charge of $8.50 per person, 1 hour rehearsal, private bridal room, water bottles for each guest, white folding chairs, the use of the full property for 5 hour ceremony/reception 5:00-10:00 PM (only one event is held at a time.)
Ceremony Only Site Fee:
Saturday or Sunday - $1,000.00
Three hours, 10-1pm time frame is not negotiable. Includes use of the Grand Court or Koi Garden only. 50-100 guests (300 max), each additional guest will be an added charge of $8.50 per person, 1 hour rehearsal , private bridal room, water bottles for each guest, white folding chairs.
Elopemont Package:
Saturday or Sunday 3 hours - $1200.00
Three hours, 10-1pm time frame is not negotiable. Includes Martinelli's toast, cupcakes and coordinating. For up to 100 guests, each additional guest will be an added charge of $10.00 per person, 1 hour rehearsal , private bridal room, water bottles for each guest, white folding chairs.

Buffet Packages
$32-$46 pp Catering Includes the following: Set up and clean up, buffet with choice of 2 entrees, 2 sides, salad, bread and butter, Wait staff in uniforms, White table linen, white napkin, round tables, centerpieces, battery operated votive candles, china. You may upgrade the buffet to a sit down dinner for $10 more pp.
