Site Fee

Site fee includes seating up to 100 guests (350 max), each additional guest will be an added charge of $15.00 per person, ceremony set up and clean up, mahogany chiavari chairs for ceremony, 1 hour rehearsal, private bridal room, coordinating, 2hrs prior to event for pictures, water bottles for each guest, set up of welcome table, use of the full property for 5 hours for ceremony and reception (only one event is held at a time).

Monday thru Thursday - $3,500.00

Friday - $5,750.00 (minimum guests - 100)

Saturday - $9,450.00 (minimum guests - 125)

Sunday - $5,750.00 (minimum guests - 75)

Monday thru Thursday - $3,500.00

Friday - $5,750.00 (minimum guests - 100)

Saturday - $9,450.00 (minimum guests - 100)

Sunday - $5,750.00 (minimum guests - 75)


Luncheon 10am - 2pm Price:

Saturday or Sunday - $2,750.00 Site fee


Sales Tax of 8.5% is added to all site fees.



Additional Services & Add On's


Additional Reception Time  $700.00 per hour



  • Face Painting $150 per hour with a two hour minimum by Dynamic Faces

  • Caricature Artist $150 per hour with a two hour minimum by Dynamic Faces


Open Air Photo Booth $695.00

*Includes customized headers and footer, props, Also an attendant during your event.

Our wedding packages do not include a DJ. There is a $200.00 DJ service fee, but if you select one of our preferred DJ's, the service fee will be waived.


If a non-preferred DJ is booked, they MUST be insured and provide a certificate of liability naming Brownstone Gardens as an additional insured.
