Site Fee $800.00 plus sales tax

11 am – 2pm ONLY (this is event time) Includes up to 75 guests (350 Max) each additional guest will be an added charge of $10.00 per person. Three hours, 11 - 2pm time frame is not negotiable. Includes one Brownstone Staff member,  1 hour setup and 1 hour clean up, round tables (one table per 8 guests) , Mahogany Chiavari chairs, two 8 foot tables and use of the Bridal Falls area only.   Bar must be booked through Brownstone Gardens.  Catering and table linens available for an additional fee.


This package can be booked 90 days in advance.




Brownstone Gardens require that any alcohol must be provided by our bar company-Best Beverage Catering.  For information and pricing, please contact Brownstone Gardens.


Sales tax of 8.5% and service charge of 22% will be added to catering/bar charges.
