Brownstone Gardens Premier Package

Monday-Thursday $4000, Friday/Sunday $6200, Saturday $9450
Site fee includes seating up to 100 guests (275 max), each additional guest will be an added charge of $15.00 per person, ceremony set up and clean up, coordinating, mahogany chiavari chairs, 1 hour rehearsal, private bridal rooms, guest book / gift table, the use of the full property for 5 hours.
Reception set up and catering choices start at $46 pp for buffet style dinner. The buffet includes choice of 2 entrees, 2 sides, salad and bread and butter. Set up includes, buffet style dinner service, wait staff servers in uniforms, round guest tables, mahogany chiavari chairs, floor length table linens, silverware, colored napkins, china plates, glassware, and centerpieces consisting of hurricanes with candle and mirrors.
Day of Coordinating included.
$10K Weekday (plus tax) All Inclusive Package

Monday/Thursday- Holidays excluded $10,000 up to 50 guests ($95 per person over 50 guests with 100 Guest count max.) Over 100 guest count will need to switch to the Premier package.
This package includes:
Site Fee: (Ceremony in Grand Courtyard, Cocktail/Bar set-up in Rose Garden, Dinner, and Dancing in Bridal Falls).
Set-up and clean up: (round tables, mahogany chiavari chairs, 1 hour rehearsal, private bridal rooms, guest book / gift table).
Catering: 1 Appetizer and Buffet dinner (2 Entrees, 2 sides, salad and bread) buffet style dinner service, wait staff servers, round guest tables, mahogany chivari chairs, floor length table linens, napkins, upgraded plastic plates, silverware and water cups.
Bar: ROMANTIC bar package- Beer, Wine, Soda, and Champagne for toast (Glassware)
DJ: (for Ceremony and Reception) provided by Magic Entertainment
Photo Booth (3 Hours) provided by Magic Entertainment
Officiant (Simple script), Day of Coordinator, Linens, Centerpieces, Decorations (Use of what we have on site)
Garden Wedding Package

Maximum 150 guests
Site fee includes mahogany chiavari chairs, round guest tables, use of Bride’s Room, guest book / gift table, cake table, the use of the full property for 5 hours. Site fee does not include set up/clean up. Bar package must be booked through Brownstone Gardens No BYO/Outside Alcohol.

Luncheon Wedding package
Saturday or Sunday site fee - $3200.00 Catering Fee - starts at $45 per person
Includes up to 100 guests (275 Max) each additional guest will be an added charge of $15.00 per person.
10 - 2pm time frame is not negotiable. Includes 1 hour rehearsal, private bridal room, the use of the full property, buffet style dinner service, wait staff servers in uniforms, round guest tables, mahogany chiavari chairs, colored floor length table linens, silverware, colored napkins, china plates, glassware, and Day of Coordinator
Ceremony Only, Two-hour package
Saturday or Sunday 11 am – 1 pm Monday -Thursday 5-7pm $1700.00
For up to 100 guests, each additional guest will be an added charge of $10.00 per person. Time frame is not negotiable. Package includes coordinating, 1 hour rehearsal, private bridal room, and mahogany chiavari chairs.
Elopement, Two-hour package
Saturday or Sunday 11 am - 1 pm Monday- Thursday 5-7pm $2100
For up to 100 guests, each additional guest will be an added charge of $10.00 per person. time frame is not negotiable. Package includes Martinelli's toast, cupcakes, coordinating, 1 hour rehearsal, private bridal room, and mahogany chiavari chairs.

Includes up to 75 guests (200 Max) each additional guest will be an added charge of $10.00 per person. Three-hour event time. Time frame is not negotiable. Additional hours may be purchased. Includes 1 Brownstone Staff member, 1 hour setup and 1 hour clean up, round tables (1 table per 8 guests), mahogany chiavari chairs, 2- 8ft tables and use of the Bridal Falls area only.
Catering and table linens available for an additional fee.
This package can be booked 90 days in advance
PARTY EVENING
Site Fee $1,500.00 plus sales tax
5pm-9-pm
Includes up to 75 guests (200 MAX) each additional guest will be an added charge of $10.00 per person. Four-hour event time. Time frame is not negotiable. Additional hours may be purchased. Includes 1 Brownstone Staff member, 1 hour set up, 1 hour clean up, round guest tables (1 table per 8 guests), mahogany chiavari chairs, 2- 8ft banquet tables, 2- 6ft banquet tables and use of Bridal Falls or Koi Gardens Patio area ONLY. Catering and table linens available for an additional fee.
