Tena and Jaime are our amazing Venue Coordinators, and they’ll be with you every step of the way! From your initial venue tour and online questions to emails, meetings, your rehearsal, and the wedding day itself, you’ll be in the very best hands with our dedicated team.

BEFORE YOUR EVENT:

Design a customized venue layout, including table arrangements

Create a general event-day timeline

Communicate with your vendors to collect insurance documents and vendor agreement forms

Schedule and coordinate your ceremony rehearsal with your bridal party
ON THE DAY OF YOUR EVENT:

Set up tables, chairs, and linens

Arrange personal items, such as entrance table décor, favors, simple decorations, or a basic dessert station

Note: Extensive décor or any items requiring detailed setup instructions should be handled by your hired décor vendor, florist, coordinator, or bakery, depending on your event vision.

Guide vendors to their assigned setup locations (e.g., directing the DJ to their designated area)

Welcome and assist guests by providing directions and ensuring smooth event flow

Line up and cue the processional for the ceremony

Release tables for dinner service

If your event vision includes intricate details or extensive coordination—such as hair and makeup scheduling, vendor management, elaborate décor setup or transitions, or detailed photography timelines—consider hiring a wedding planner or full-service coordinator to ensure a seamless, stress-free experience. Your Venue Coordinator will be happy to discuss your event plans and help you find the perfect level of support!

When we first discovered this stunning property, we instantly felt its magic. There’s something truly special about the energy here — the way the sunlight filters through the trees, the sound of laughter echoing through the gardens, and the feeling of calm that surrounds you the moment you step inside. It was love at first sight, and we knew we had found a place worth sharing with others.
We purchased this enchanting property just one year ago [Nov 2024] from the wonderful original owners, who poured years of love and care into creating this breathtaking venue. Our vision is to continue that legacy — preserving the natural beauty of the gardens while infusing new life, creativity, and modern touches to make every event even more magical.

We believe that Brownstone Gardens is more than just a venue — it’s a space where memories are made, where love stories unfold, and where people come together to celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. Raman & Raveen are the owners of R&R Event Rentals, a décor and design company based in the Bay Area, specializing in cultural events, and specifically South-Asian weddings. With over 10 years of experience in wedding planning, coordination, décor, and design, they have built a reputation for bringing every couple’s vision to life with creativity, attention to detail, and elegance.

Over the years, they’ve developed amazing connections with vendors and venues across the Bay Area, allowing them to seamlessly execute events of all sizes and styles. Having been part of over countless celebrations, Raman and Raveen bring a wealth of experience, professionalism, and passion to every project.
